todae completed me first step to hell trng. not so bad lah.. actually... onli doin erm, arnd, 2.2km nia.... warmup 400m. 100m, 200m, 400m IM. 20 x 50m choing. wah seh... i chiong all lorz.. bleah.

feel dam zi bei of meself and e team. A and B div on their way to their gold medals.. crushin opponents like there was no tmr.. not joking. A div beat ACJC 9-2 and B div beat ACSI 9-4. as for us, we had to settle for e miserable 4th position... coach is prob gonna retire in abt 2-3 yrs time. this yr, our gold medal was so darn fking close... within our grasp, when it had to be taken away.

but i dun think u can actually put all of e blame on us, truthfully. firstly, durin sec 1, when our squad was at first reduced to 10, then aft a few months, 9 ppl, why didnt kee and coach do anything abt it? esp wif e schedule 3 consecutive matches in a row (acsi, outram, barker), why wasnt anythin done last yr. i mean, by takin in more sec 1s last yr, we cld hav more sec 2s this yr. and then we wld not be so tired, esp aft e outram match. and another effect of this is that there is a lack of competition for places in e first team. 9 sec 2s. e 7 that are goin to be playin is ALWAYS E SAME. no diff. now take a look at last yr e sec 2s. its like, first team: clement, wen zhe, sean, ian, diyou, yip kang, han lin. then subs bench: edward, tohzey, chen feng, wen yuan, kevin kow.. i mean, wen yuan is almost as good as diyou and hanlin, and tohzey oso can fill in for some ppl.. and our squad is like: ching to, chang peng, zhong han, ming chong, benjy, yip yang and me. then subs: zong jun and fatty. HOW TO PLAY? i mean, fatty can fill in lah.. but he wont be as effective, seriously. not tryin to blame him or anythin, but his passin really really suxed.. and at least chen feng can play outfield smetimes. but zong jun? i dun think so. so u can see e plight of our situation lah. pathetic not? and willis kept on niaoing me in kai han's car lah. as if it was not bad enuff. i mean, trng more cld help. but we aint no robots nor machines. we need a rest. we tire too. and sec 1s. mann, i think that they REALLY REALLY REALLY nid to train harder. u see e way they played outram, wa lao. except for domonic's goal, which was tyco, i dun think they can even win outram lah. and eugene, pls dun think u are that gd lah. for goodness sake, u cant even grip e ball properly and cant swim fast. pls train harder guys, u sec 1s got a big squad. make full use of it. pls dun be like us. dun follow in ching to's footsteps and be e second keeper to own goal. there will be NO EXTRA TIME if u draw durin prelim round.

one mistake. and it cost us. dearly.
